Wholesale catalogue use and Only Wholesale Booking rules for dealers.

No online payment. This site is a wholesale catalogue only. Items booked here are for reference. Price, quantity, payment and supply are confirmed only by an authorised Mahaveer Garments person after discussion.

1. About these terms

By using this website, browsing collections, or submitting Only Wholesale Booking / Contact forms, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the booking forms.

2. Catalogue purpose

Mahaveer Garments provides this website to help dealers view wholesale ranges (Men's Wear, Women's Wear, Home Textile, Fabrics & Materials and related styles). Product images and descriptions are for presentation and enquiry. They are not an online shop checkout.

3. Only Wholesale Booking — reference only

When you add items and quantities and send a booking:

  • The booking is a reference request for discussion
  • It does not create a confirmed order by itself
  • It does not reserve stock until our team confirms
  • Displayed styles may change based on availability

4. No online payment / no automatic transaction

We do not take online payment on this website for collections or bookings. There is no card, UPI, net-banking or wallet checkout here.

Any amount, advance, balance or commercial transaction must be authorised by an authorised Mahaveer Garments person after discussion with you (for example by phone, WhatsApp, email or in person). Do not treat a website booking as payment approval.

5. Pricing & supply

Final packs, rates, taxes, delivery and timelines are confirmed only after discussion with our wholesale desk. Until then, information on the site is indicative for dealers.

6. Dealer responsibility

You agree to provide accurate contact details and genuine wholesale interest. Misuse of forms, spam or false enquiries may be ignored and access restricted.

7. Communication

We may contact you using the phone, WhatsApp or email you share. Preferred contact: 98948 97316 · mahaveergarmentsgst@gmail.com.

8. Intellectual property

Site content, branding and catalogue presentation belong to Mahaveer Garments. You may not copy or reuse materials for other commercial sites without permission.

9. Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mahaveer Garments is not liable for losses arising from reliance on catalogue images alone, or from treating a website booking as a paid or confirmed purchase before authorised confirmation.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions. The current version will be shown on this page.
